Jamita Martin

Founder and CEO

Jamita Martin is the CEO and Founder of BHI. Her son is severely developmentally delayed under the Autism Spectrum. As her passion grew to advocate for her son, she created an environment where he and others with similar conditions gain specialized training to gain employment and live independently.

Jamita founded BHI in honor of her son Travis Blake. She has a vision to see her son and other adults with special needs to become fully independent. 

Linda Campbell-Brooks   


An avid administrator with over 30 years of program management.  She oversees the organization's program performance,  contract negotiations and compliance, pricing, customer service, and proposal development.

Dr. Helen Delaney   

Client Services Manager

A strong advocate for our clients with over 30 years of corporate experience.  She oversees the daily operations of BHI and empowers and trains the staff, as well as, resolves issues and answers questions related to the client services.

We believe that every individual deserves a chance in life and we focus on creating possibilities for individuals with special needs. Seeking employment as young adults with special needs can present unique challenges.

 Our goal is to assist our clients by empowering them to build careers and become a viable part of the workforce.
